Spiced Brandy Crème Fraîche
Ingredients
Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Half Fat Crème Fraîche
250g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Half Fat Crème Fraîche
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tbsp of brandy
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon/li>
80g of icing sugar
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and whisk until smooth. Pour into a serving jug and refrigerate for 1 hour to thicken slightly
- To serve pour liberally over warm Christmas pudding and enjoy
