Easter Bark
Ingredients
600g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Spoonable Kefir Strawberry
350g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Spoonable Kefir Natural
200g Strawberries
200g Raspberries
100g Easter Mini Eggs
50g Grated White Chocolate
Method
- Line a baking tray with cling film
- Add your strawberry kefir and spread it to the edges with a wooden spoon
- Spoon in your natural kefir and use a skewer to make some swirls
- Add your favourite berries and some easter treats
- Place cling film on top and put into the freezer for minimum 3 hours
- Take out and let it stand for 15 minutes before slicing and placing into a zip lock bag to store
