Method
- Line a baking tray with cling film
- Add your strawberry kefir and spread it to the edges with a wooden spoon
- Spoon in your natural kefir and use a skewer to make some swirls
- Add your favourite berries and some easter treats
- Place cling film on top and put into the freezer for minimum 3 hours
- Take out and let it stand for 15 minutes before slicing and placing into a zip lock bag to store

- 600g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Spoonable Kefir Strawberry
- 350g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Spoonable Kefir Natural
- 200g Strawberries
- 200g Raspberries
- 100g Easter Mini Eggs
- 50g Grated White Chocolate
