Strawberry Kefir Rum Cocktail
Ingredients
50g strawberries
2 teaspoons honey
40g Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Strawberry Kefir
30ml white rum
Handful of ice
Method
- Muddle the strawberries at the base of a cocktail shaker or mash against the edge of the shaker with a spoon.
- Add the honey, strawberry kefir, the white rum and a large handful of ice.
- Place the lid on and shake well.
- Strain into your cocktail glass and garnish with a strawberry on the side of the glass. Enjoy!
