250g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Greek Style Natural Yogurt or Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Whole Milk Natural Live Yogurt
4 meringue nests crushed
8 strawberries roughly cut
Optional chocolate chips to decorate
Method
- Put 4 crushed meringue nests into a bowl and fold over 250g of Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Greek Style Natural Yogurt or Irish Yogurts Clonakilty Whole Milk Natural Live Yogurt
- Layer the meringue mixture and chopped strawberries into serving glasses.
- Decorate with strawberries on top and optional chocolate chips to decorate.
