BREAKFAST TIME

Put some excitement into your Breakfast Cereal!

  1. Choose your favourite healthy Breakfast Cereal
  2. Add a cup of chopped fruit into the bowl
  3. Top it off with a Irish Yogurts Diet yogurt such as Apricot & Nectarine or Pear & Mango
  4. Mix it all up and Enjoy!

 

YOGURT FRUIT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:

2 cups Low Fat Milk
1 x 125g Irish Yogurts Diet Strawberry
2 cups of  fresh berries, mixture of Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries.
1 chopped Banana


Directions:

  1. Process all ingredients in a Blender until smooth.
  2. Serve in a cool tall glass.

 


FRUIT SALAD

Ingredients:


1 x can of crushed pineapple
1 x 100g Irish Yogurts Low Fat Greek Style Lemon yogurt
1 x 100g Irish Yogurts Low Fat Greek Style Strawberry yogurt
5 cups of mixed fruit of your choice, eg Strawberries, Blueberries, Grapes
2 x teaspoons Vanilla essence




Directions:

  1. In a medium size mixing bowl stir together the Yogurt, crushed Pineapple and Vanilla Essence. Cover & Chill for 1 hour.
  2. Spoon ΒΌ cup of yogurt mix into a dessert dish.
  3. Add 2 cups of mixed fruit on top and top with remaining yogurt mixture.
